The first One day of NatWest Series 2007 between England and India. It was an outstanding cricketing performance from England today. Invited to bat first by India they set big target of 289 in 50 overs with the help of two hundreds from Cook(102) and Bell(126*). In reply to this India started their innings with an early run out of Ganguly. Then Anderson crushed Indian top order put them struggling on 34/4 in 12 overs. It was almost all over for India now as both the bowling and fielding from England not allowing them to do much. That tight fielding results in 3 run outs in India innings. In the end India fall short of 104 runs. This was the third biggest win by England over India.
